my dinner tonight was as follows: one entire pound of big fat absolutely perfect blackberries mascerated in balsamic vinegar with a little honey, domori 75% dark chocolate and very thinly sliced almond biscotti.
it was prepared on the fly with zero presentation, eaten with my fingers in no particular order and i’d have to say it wasn’t a pretty display – although i suppose it’d depend on who you were asking…
i forgot to take a picture. it would have been very telling…
